Public Meeting: After the Referendum - Build the Resistance

Mon.11th Jun.8pm Unite Hall, Keyser St. Warerford

Following the refrendum vote the FG and Labour government is settling in for a war of attrition against ordinary citizens.FG and Labour has no loyalty to the people and is pledged to maintain capitalism and will inflict whatever sacrifice is necessary to protect the interests and profits of the wealthy. Many of those who voted for the fiscal treaty did so under protest and many hundreds of thousands refused to be intimadated. We are facing 20 years of dire hardship if we allow the Government make us pay for the gambling debts of speculators and bankers. The first step is to join the fight against the Austerity programme. The SWP believes that what the Government force through in the Dail and what the suits in Brussels and Berlin foist upon us can be' UNDONE' by people power on the streets .Come along and hear the arguements and get involved in the Resistance.

The speaker is Dr. Pedar O'Grady, (Dublin SWP) who has lots of experience of what cuts mean for the Health Service. All are cordially invited to attend.

The meeting is organised by Waterford branch of the Socialist Workers' Party.
