Saturday 26th May 2012 - Morning & Afternoon Garden Visits - by own transport

Morning Visit - meeting at 10.00am at Coolaught Gardens & Garden Centre, Clonroche, Enniscorthy -Cost 5.00 euro each, including refreshments.

An award winning 2.5 acre garden with adjoining Garden Centre, specialising in rare & unusual plants.

Laburnum archway walk, herbaceous borders, developing woodland garden and colourful Egyptian garden, all combine in this beautiful and memorable garden.

Directions: from Waterford take the N30 New Ross to Enniscorthy Road - on arrival in Clonroche turn LEFT at Green's shop, then drive 2.5 km to the garden which is well signposted.

Returning to New Ross - Free time for Lunch Break [ take a picnic or lunch, at own expense either in New Ross, or Hosey's Ferry Inn, Mount Elliot, New Ross ,which is on the N30 & adjacent to Woodville House Gardens.

Afternoon Visit - meeting at 3.00pm at Woodville House Gardens, New Ross - Cost 5.00 euro each This is an 18th Century Georgian house with Victorian walled garden with herbaceous borders, water garden, conservatories vegetable garden and fruit trees and parkand planted with specimen trees.     Google AlertWhen a company which has it's European Headquarters here in Ireland is called 'evil' and 'immoral' by M.P.s in The House of Commons you tend to sit up and take notice. The particular company that was being referred to was Google and the reason it had enraged M.P.s in London was because even though it has a big operation there and conducts a lot of business there it pays no corporate tax.
