Ciorcal Comhra
The Irish conversation group, Tramore's Ciorcal Comhra, continues to meet weekly at Tramore Library on each Thursday evening from 7pm to 8pm. The group welcomes all ages and all levels to gather together for a friendly chat 'as Gaeilge' in a relaxed atmosphere. There is a céad mile fáilte awaiting all of those who come along. Once in a blue moon. As rare as hen's teeth. A Government success. Each of those three sentences are as unusual and as rare as each other. But the last one seems to be about to take place. The Government has announced that it plans to give each child in the State a second year of free pre-school.
