Flogas obtains injunctions against Langan Fuels Ltd.

Flogas Ireland Limited has been successful in protecting its position as a leading supplier of LP Gas in the LP Gas cylinder market. Flogas took legal proceedings against Langan Fuels Limited, Old Kilmeaden Road, Waterford. As part of these proceedings, the company sought a number of interlocutory injunctions against Langan Fuels.
Flogas was given every injunction it sought. The effect of this is that Langan Fuels, its servants and agents, are prohibited by Order of the Commercial Division of the High Court from offering, selling or otherwise dealing in Flogas cylinders in any manner whatsoever.
Flogas is part of the energy division of DCC plc.
