I started in Harvey Norman Waterford in October 2010 and I love every minute of it, we have a beautiful shop in Waterford one I'm personally proud of.

I started as a cashier for Harvey Norman Waterford Computers but I am now in control of the very busy Small domestic appliances area in the Electrical department.

What motivates you to get up every morning for work?

Customers motivate me, and being part of a great team. We all pull together to achieve our goal to be number one in customer service.

What is Harvey Normans aim in Waterford?

To be number one in peoples mind for Electrical ,Computer ,Furniture and Bedding .And to WOW the customer with great service and great product knowledge, a step above all the rest!

Would you recommend Harvey Norman as a place to work?

Most definitely yes, honestly the best team I've worked in and best looking retail department I've ever worked in .Always something exciting happening in store from our cooking demos to our 3D smart TVs which are always ready to impress anyone.

Where do you see yourself and Harvey Norman in 5 years?

To be leading the best customer service team in Harvey Norman Waterford, knowing that we as a store can give the ultimate shopping experience. Where else can you enjoy a beautiful fresh coffee or smoothie at no charge while sampling products like the IPad 2 or a luxurious King Koil sleep surface.
