New member Justin Caffrey presented to the Connect Effect group. Justin has a wealth of experience in the Financial Consulting sector spanning over 24 years.

Originally from Dublin, Justin, a FCCA qualified accountant, began his career with Smurfit's Printing Company. From there, he worked with Executive Travel where he was part a large Management Buy-Out. Justin also worked as Head of Finance Monaco Consultants where he was responsible for 100 employees and an annual turnover of €100m. Currently a shareholder of The Reg Bar and Nightclub, he oversees the business finances, strategy and HR.

Caffco Business Planning is based in Waterford City, although Justin works as a virtual CFO nationwide. Caffco provides consulting, accounting and business advice including financial control, business planning, cash management, MIS reporting, annual accounts and returns, securing bank, grant and investor funding, EII structures, IT systems and mobile bespoke systems, company formation, and personal tax. His client base covers wholesale, pub and restaurants, tourism, manufacturing, building, development, self-employed, SME and management company sectors.

    Even though the weather Gods didn’t exactly play ball over the weekend it doesn’t take away from the fact that this years Waterford Harvest Festival was yet again another wonderful success. It was great to see the streets of the centre of the city so beautifully and thoughtfully decked out. The various food stalls offering tastes from all over were great to wander around.
