Caroline Kelly, manager of Travel Creations in Lisduggan Shopping Centre passionately told the Connect Effect group about her experience to date and the services offered by Travel Creations.

Caroline first did a language and marketing course in the WRTC. After working initially in the food and beverage industry, Caroline pursued a career in travel in 1996. Caroline is a long-time employee of Travel Creations.

Travel Creations is in existence for over 30 years and was sold to J Barter, established in 1865, which is the oldest travel agents in Ireland. Travel Creations is an independently owned and bonded travel agency with currently 25 staff between four office locations in Ireland.

Travel creations is a one stop shop and caters for all your travel needs. Services offered include flights, ferries, accommodation, traditional tour packages, campaign, river and sea cruises, escorted tours, Camino trips, sports packages such as Grand Prix, World Cup, Honey moon, adventure tours, city breaks. They also sell holiday vouchers which are great for birthdays, raffles, and corporate gifts.

This agency differentiates itself on from other online providers in that it offers a solution to more complicated travel arrangements (odd durations, multi centres, multi-generational groups). They critically review all bookings to check for suitability and errors (flights, timelines). They are also well informed and equipped to advise on location suitability with onsite grounds people.

By offering an excellent customer service which saves time, they add a human element into the booking. Should any problem arise whilst away, their support team is on hand to look after you.
