We enjoyed a most interesting evening with our speaker last month, Bernard Dray, we learnt a great deal about the benefits of reflexology and massage, thank you very much.

Sadly, on February 18, we learnt of the death of Miss Maureen O'Carroll, former Chair of TramoreTown Commissioners, and a founder member of Tramore ICA. Several members of the town council and ICA formed a 'guard of honour' as she was brought into the church. Ar dheis Dé go raibh an anam dílis.

Our next meeting is on Wednesday 13 March at 8pm in Tramore House. Agnes Aylward from Tramore Development Trust wil be talking to us about the 'Japanese Garden Project' and showing a series of slides regarding the proposed garden. We will also be celebrating St Patrick’s festival, do wear something green if the mood takes you!

There will also be a further raffle for Dorothy's painting, the proceeds to go to An Grianan.

Our fitness regime continues with Aqua Aerobics at Splashworld every Tuesday and Thursday 9am till 10am, and bowling at Williamstown Thursday mornings at 12pm till 1pm.

As always new members are very welcome to join us.
