Aries: March 21 – April 20

Summer is finally here after several stop and start weeks of rain and unseasonably low temperatures, and maybe you will be lighting up the Barbie, and enjoying some special, long evenings in the sunshine. There could well be some fairly important reasons for celebrations amongst the Arians reading this as finances begin to improve and job opportunities emerge. New influences who have recently entered your life play an interesting role in your future.

Taurus: April 21 – May 21

Do you ever get those feelings where you are expecting something to happen without ever quite knowing what it is? But yet there are those fingers of suppressed excitement running up and down your spine. It might have been around you for some time now, but it is about to manifest itself into reality. So be prepared for almost anything - positive - to occur. The joint venture you have just instigated begins to take on a major life of its own.

Gemini: May 22 – June 21

"Once the realisation is accepted that between the closest human beings infinite distances exist, and then a wonderful living side by side can grow up, and if they can succeed in loving the distance between them, which makes it possible for each to see the other against a wide sky.” Thus spoke Rilke, the Austrian writer, who was echoed by Kahlil Gibran, who suggested that we should be together, but that there should be spaces in that togetherness.

Cancer: June 22 – July 22

Expect there to be delays in your journeys - sometimes infuriating, but maybe you can alleviate your 'road rage' by taking a colleague with you, and making plans during those hold ups. You might also think of cancelling the trip and doing the whole thing through conferencing via a laptop somewhere. The 4th of July is independence day in the USA, and there is a connection to you in that you are about to strike out to achieve your own independence.

Leo: July 23 – August 23

Frustrated travel plans are the order of the day as nothing quite works out. There is also the feeling that on-line flight bookings can never be acquired at the price indicated. How is it, you ask yourself, that a flight advertised at one price, can magically transform itself into something twice as much by the time you have decided to book it? There is a feeling that you might need to stand up for your rights this week but make sure that you have all of the facts to hand before saying your piece.

Virgo: August 24 – Sep 23

You might find yourself in greater demand over the next few weeks as social events present themselves for your delectation. The advice to remember in this time of apparent popularity, is to only be at events that inspire you - not just to be there because someone else wants you to be. Remember too, that when one door closes, it is said, another is usually found to open up for you. Inter-continental influences are guiding certain choices that need to be made.

Libra: Sept 24th - Oct 23

An emotionally challenging situation will need to be nipped in the bud before it gets out of hand – a feeling that people are too busy talking, without actually listening, and therefore not really knowing or understanding – the reality of what is actually going on. Maybe step back, and listen without judgements, and realise perhaps that it wasn't worth a hill of beans in the first place. Don't allow disagreements to fester and get in the way of perfectly viable relationships.

Scorpio: Oct 24 - Nov 22

This might not be the most fortuitous of times to be contemplating a move of home, however, it appears that for some of you Scorpions, a combination of circumstances seem to be manifesting themselves that allows just such an event to take place. But you will need to be quick off the mark to get that bargain you seek. The mood swings of children might need to be explored before shrugging them off as 'growing pains'.

Sagittarius: Nov 23 - Dec 21st

Romantic fun and frolics are due for someone who had previously felt a little 'left on the shelf', proving once again, that in life, all things are possible. So be prepared to go along your emotional roller-coaster ride of a summer. A new hobby could well take up some of your spare time, but should not become an obsession that turns the family off, but rather something that inspires them to greater heights as well, perhaps making a little money along the way.

Capricorn: Dec 22 - Jan 21

You might expect a message before the end of this month that encourages you to stop prevaricating and do something you always meant to do, but kept putting off. Travel plans, and maybe holidays might be affected, but hey, who said that spontaneity and adventure should be the total preserve of the young? Age, it is said, is not a disease, but rather a timeless growth. For as power fades, so we are more able to reach out towards the light.

Aquarius: Jan 22 - Feb 19th

Like many of us you will have experienced a negative financial situation over these last few difficult months, but there is a feeling that without making promises that cannot be kept, your stars are indicating that the back end of the year will be more promising. Perhaps by the autumn you will truly know what that means. Be prepared for the odd little crisis to emerge, but try to deal with the reality of them, rather than blowing them up out of all proportion.

Pisces: Feb 20 - March 20

A legal problem will need to be addressed fairly urgently. It doesn't mean that lawlessness is involved, but rather carelessness, and upfront honesty is a prerequisite of the desired outcome. You might also discover that a slightly tattered and torn relationship could still have a little extra mileage in it. It, like many things in your life, just needs some tender, loving care. Find in yourself, as summer moves on, that there resides an urge for creativity to thrive.
