Aries - March 21st - April 20th

All work and no play, as they say, makes Jack a dull boy; so maybe you could take that on board as a business project is held up for a while and you have a bit of spare time on your hands as you await developments. You might also spend a little more cash than usual on personal items – maybe looking at things such as image or self esteem.

Taurus - April 21st - May 21st

Try to cultivate influential people this week, as it is often who you know, rather than what you know that matters. Good news and possibly extra finance arrives on your doorstep over the next few days, changing your mood and your attitude to life in the process. You might feel that some sort of mini crisis has passed and you can look to the future with more confidence than hitherto.

Gemini - May 22nd - June 21st

Tax issues need to be addressed over the next few days, especially for the self employed, or for someone who has been a little financially cavalier in the recent past. Somebody might also need to look more closely at the needs of a loved one, particularly if they have been as casually treated as the revenue office. Be prepared to listen to what people are really saying as they sometimes find it difficult to find the right words.

Cancer - June 22nd - July 22nd

Your personal life takes a turn for the better as a knight in shining armour (metaphorical of course) comes a'riding over your particular horizon. So don't despair, whatever you do, for help is close to hand. Fresh faces surround you wherever you look, and life takes an interesting new turning. Computers become a source of new opportunity, and a course of some sort is strongly indicated.

Leo - July 23rd - August 23rd

Platonic love can work on occasions, and it can be very intellectually, aesthetically, and philosophically rewarding. But you might discover, over the next few days, that it really isn't any substitute for the real thing! Somebody might be trying to give you help and re-assurance over a fairly important matter, and though you feel like spurning their overtures, it would be wiser to take their suggestions on board.

Virgo - August 24th - September 23rd

Somebody from overseas could well appear in your life, and, as a consequence, could inspire you down roads you could only ever have dreamt of. Try to stop looking at your past with wistful regret, but rather learn from it and then abandon it to the wasteland where it needs to lie. At that point you can move more confidently into your shining future.

Libra - September 24th - October 23rd

Deal with legal matters this week, and look to the needs of the children. Issues around living space also need to be explored and, if possible, sort out unresolved employment matters. Then, when you have drawn a big breath, you should have some quality time left over for some serious fun and frolics. Check all your receipts, somebody might be overcharging you.

Scorpio - October 24th - November 22nd

Don't ask someone to perform a task for you without giving them the wherewithal to complete the job. You might also need to make some plans for the distant future, but don't be so airy fairy that you might forget what it was all about in the first place. A loved one could be a little exasperating, but try to remember that they have their issues as well.

Sagittarius - November 23rd - December 21st

A work situation could turn out to be in your favour, even if you have initial doubts about its viability. You will though, need to be flexible, and maybe discover a new talent in the process. A car could well play up a bit, and work will need to be carried out to keep it on the road. Don't penny pinch though, in a futile effort to save money. Be careful too, that you don't forget a birthday or anniversary as you go along your dreamy road.

Capricorn - December 22nd - January 21st

It is an ill wind, they say, that doesn't bring anybody any good and you might need to reflect upon that maxim as you work your way through a week of highs and lows and ups and downs. One thing is sure though, and that is, until everything is gathered in, we can never know for certain what is good what is bad, probably a bit of both. Leaving you slightly ahead of the game, but make no judgements until situations are resolved.

Aquarius - January 21st - February 19th

Another reason for celebration is hoving into view, and you feel very much in demand as invitations come tumbling onto your doormat. But which ones, you ask yourself, should you accept? Well, you cannot tear yourself in twain, so go where YOU want to go rather than where other people are trying to suggest. Yes, in all things this week, you need to trust your own judgement.

Pisces - February 20th - March 20th

You might hear a little piece of almost unrepeatable scandal this week and that is the point – don't repeat it, no matter how juicy it might be. After all, none of us are totally innocent are we? A journey might be on offer, but try to go somewhere fresh and, maybe exotic, as you prepare to search for novelty in your maturing life. Spend some time talking to a lonely person, you might be more helpful than you could possibly imagine.
