Hello all! Our next meeting is on Thursday, 12th October, in the Woodlands Hotel, and includes a speaker who will tell you about insulating your house, and the grants available for the work. Those of you who couldn't get to the September meeting may be interested to hear about our Donegal trip. We were very well looked after by our coach driver, Brian McGinley, who brought us to beautiful Glenveagh National Park and its historic Castle, and over the border to Derry where we saw many reminders of Bloody Sunday, and where some people walked the famous Walls and the Peace Bridge. Brian also showed us the magnificent scenery of his native county, of which he is obviously very proud and very knowledgeable, and as a bonus, every bedroom had a view over the bay. All in all, we had a wonderful time, and eagerly look forward to the next holiday!
