New JCB children’s glasses roll into Specsavers

ITS iconic yellow diggers are famed the world over and now JCB has joined forces with Specsavers to bring a seriously stand-out range of children’s glasses to stores nationwide.

With sturdy acetate frames and soft rubber temple tips, the JCB collection has been designed with outgoing youngsters in mind, providing maximum comfort and extreme style.

The bold range includes six different glasses, with designs featuring JCB’s favourite digger character - Joey JCB for younger wearers - as well as more tough and sleek styles for older children, aged up to nine.

Specsavers Ireland chairperson Sinead Clohessy says: ‘We’re thrilled to be partnering with JCB to launch these fun glasses. Kids who dig diggers can pick up a pair from 5 April, when the new collection lands in Specsavers stores nationwide.’

Dig the look for just €55 per pair and free with an under-12s’ HSE optical voucher. All come fitted with flex-hinges and scratch resistant lenses with a UV filter. Plus children can also choose an additional pair of glasses from the same range and made to the same prescription for €24.
