Mack Fleetwood Go Their Own Way!

Wednesday, 11th July 2012

Mack Fleetwood, Ireland's premier tribute to the supergroup Fleetwood Mac, will be appearing at Forum Waterford this Friday 13th July, when they will bring you on a magical musical journey from the Peter Green blues era to the multi-platinum selling Anglo/American band that still tour today.

Originally the "Best White Blues Band” to come out of the 60s, Peter Green's Fleetwood Mac had several memorable hits and influenced scores of others great bands that were to follow them, and/or cover their songs, such as Led Zeppelin and Santana. When Peter Green left the band, Mike Fleetwood & John McVie kept the show on the road, being joined first by Christine Perfect (later McVie) and then Lindsey Buckingham and Stevie Nicks. These three talented and prolific songwriters brought a distinctive style and unique fusion of rock, pop and country to the band. The turmoil of the bands private lives was played out in their music and Nicks & Buckingham soon gained iconic status in fronting the new line-up, which went on to even greater worldwide success than the original line-up. Their most famous album "Rumours” is still in the Top 10 selling albums of all time, having sold 40 million copies since it's release in 1977. MACK FLEETWOOD deliver a spellbinding show and will be playing Fleetwood Mac classics from all eras including "Dreams”, "Don't Stop”, "Go Your Own Way”, "Rhiannon”, "Little Lies”, "Albatross”, "Black Magic Woman”, "Gypsy” and "Oh Diane”. Tickets (€15) are on sale now at Next Door, Forum Waterford, 051 871111 and http://www.forumwaterford.com

It does this by having all of its financial transactions finished here in Ireland. And the company here is …
