The biggest and most exciting stage show "Riverdance" Style "Celtic Storm" will begin it's summer season beginning on Monday the 28th of May and running every Monday night right through until September. After a trial run last year for 4 weeks the show proved to be such a success that the hotel have engaged local Director GARY POWER and his company to make this show the largest Production in the Southeast.
The stage setting and a brand new lighting rig from Mick o' dowd makes this show a spectacle to see.
The concept of the show created by GARY POWER PRODUCTIONS is from the outset there to entertain people who are local and our visitors to our City and of course what a great night out for local people who may have visitors home to bring them along to see this Spectacular show.
The Show is Choreographed by Dublin Based Professional Choreographer Rosemary Watson who also dances in the show with other dancers from the Touring Show "GAEL FORCE" which toured the world. The calibre of these dancers has to be seen to be believed and the costumes and lighting with special effects really makes this show the very first of it's kind in Waterford City and indeed the southeast.
Soloist is Waterford's own DAVID FLYNN, pictured left, who is part of the CELTIC TENORS and is lead vocalist with the touring show "RYTHM OF THE DANCE" in fact David Joins "CELTIC STORM" having toured America including the Show capitol of the world LAS VEGAS.
This year the show introduces a brand new fiddle player that will astound you and comedy for the evening is provided by the extremely talented Mick Roche, right, who also has worked all over the country to huge critical acclaim.
