Bursary Available
Waterford County Council's Arts Office is offering a bursary to County Waterford musicians to attend this year's Blas International Summer School for Irish Traditional Music and Dance from June 25th to July 6th 2012.
This internationally accredited summer school hosted annually by the Irish World Academy of Music and Dance and set on the magnificent campus at the University of Limerick is now in its 16th year.
The value of the bursary covers tuition, including lectures, workshops, assessment and attendance at all concerts. Applicants must be resident in the Waterford County Council administrative area for a minimum period of 3 years and be over 18 years of age. Google AlertWhen a company which has it's European Headquarters here in Ireland is called 'evil' and 'immoral' by M.P.s in The House of Commons you tend to sit up and take notice.
