Saturday May 19th is a night for your diary as brass sensation the Pearly Whites returns once more to Shortts live music venue. To say every now again that something pops up and leaves us pleasantly surprised is an understatement with the Pearly Whites, a young energetic band with stage presence and energy by the bucket load. To put it mildly they left Shortt's bar gasping for breath. The Pearly Whites are 10-piece modern swing/pop entertainment band based in Clonmel. Formed in 2008, the band boasts a powerful brass section as well as smooth vocals which add to the high energy performances keeping people dancing all night long. Having played up and down the country at all types of events, the band has developed a set so diverse that it can cater for all crowds from young to old. So if you like jiving to the big band sounds of the 20's or you prefer to just go mad to the modern classics of the Black Eye'd Peas or Paolo Nutini, this is for you. Band is on stage from 10pm Saturday and due to the large numbers that were pulled for their last gig, coming early is recommended.
