Project Xmas!

Project in John Street has lined up 7 MASSIVE nights over the Xmas holidays with something for everyone. It"s the biggest entertainment space in the city with top quality sound, lights and visuals, guaranteeing you a great night out, whichever of these events, take your fancy:

FRIDAY 22 DEC – CAMELPHAT

‘Cola" by the UK DJ/production duo, Camelphat, has been by far the biggest track of 2017 and the lads are delighted to be jetting into Waterford just before Christmas to celebrate an unbelievable year. Their sets have lit up the dance music scene this year from Ibiza to LA and all points in between. They have had a UK and US Number 1 with Cola and it has also just been nominated for a grammy. Advance tickets are on sale at ticketstop.ie

SATURDAY 23 DEC – MAD FERRITT

Mad Ferritt"s old skool Oasis Tribute has become a fantastic Waterford ritual on the last night out before Xmas, having sold out at Project on the 23rd each year since 2014. You know what to expect, 2 hours of all the greatest hits of the UK"s most successful ever band, played brilliantly by 7 of the city"s best musicians to a loved up sing along crowd. Advance tickets (?10) are on sale now at You Choose (Michael Street) and SuirDzign (Patrick Street).

TUESDAY 26 DEC – REPUBLIK

Another great Waterford tradition is for Republik"s Warren & Kenno to play a headline set at Project on Stephen"s night. The lads have played great warm up sets all year for some of the biggest names in dance music, that Republik continue to bring to Waterford for over 12 years now. It"s a tribute to Warren & Kenno"s DJ skills that this night never fails to sell out and the atmosphere on the dancefloor is just the same as when they host international guests . Admission €10, pay on the door.

FRIDAY 29 DEC (11PM) - SMASH HITS

Ireland"s best PARTY band are back for their annual Xmas bash at Project. Their winning formula is very simple; fully decked out in 90s gear they perform a fun filled and high energy set of 90s dance, pop and R"n"B chart classics. Smash Hits are a throwback to that FEEL-GOOD time of old skool DJs, all night raves and packed out dancefloors. Advance tickets are on sale now at You Choose (Michael Street), SuirDzign (Patrick Street) and on-line at projectandshortts.ticketABC.com.

SATURDAY 30 DEC - MANO LE TOUGH

Republik bring their favourite DJ back to Project for a very special End Of Year 4 hour set. The Irishman formerly known as Niall Mannion is now one of the most respected DJ/producers on the planet. He runs the record label “Maeve” (which was set up in 2012) alongside The Drifter and Baikal and it has quickly gathered a loyal fan base. As well as releasing records, the trio regularly host label parties worldwide. Advance tickets are available on line at Eventbrite.ie

SUNDAY 31 DEC

NYE ‘ACCESS ALL AREAS"

Project joins up with Shortts and the Terrace to put on the biggest NYE Party in the city, across 3 rooms. Project main resident Marshal will be celebrating a fantastic year which has seen him support Clean Bandit at Daytripper and Jax Jones in Dublin as well as building up his Saturday night residency at Project. The liveliest band in Waterford, No Hot Ashes, will be playing live in Shortts while Jay and the Good Times Crew will be rocking the party tunes on the Terrace. Admission is €10, pay at the door.
