Congratulations to all the students who are graduating this week and thanks for all the great nights we've had together the last couple of years. In the words of Daft Punk, of course we have to do it 'One More Time' with The Waxies (Wed) and Brand New Cadillac (Thur) plus your Number 1 DJ [Marshal] out on the Terrace both nights. The rest of the line up for the weekend ahead at Shortt's, Project & The Terrace is:

FRIDAY – CIDER WASPS + GROOVE DJs

The Friday Session features Cider Wasps, a young band from Dungarvan who are beginning to make waves on the Irish music circuit. For Shortt's they play a set of indie & alternative rock classics, with a few of their own brilliant original songs in the mix. Meanwhile, the Groove DJs will be getting you in weekend mode out on the Terrace with funk, disco and house floor-fillers.

SATURDAY – UNUSUAL SUSPECTS + MARSHAL + GOOD TIMES DJS

It's Waterford's biggest night out, so don't miss 'AAA' with 3 rooms of top quality entertainment up through the Shortt's alley entrance. Project resident Marshal & guests will be playing a great Saturday night mix of house & techno upstairs with full club layout and banging sound & lights set up. The Good Times crew will be doing their disco & funk thang on the Terrace and one of Ireland's best PARTY bands, Unusual Suspects, are back live in Shortts with their 2 hour set of brilliant uplifting covers of rock, pop & dance classics. All this great entertainment plus 2 spacious heated smoking areas are under the one roof at 10 John Street so come on down and be part of Waterford's BIGGEST party this Saturday, doors 11pm.

SUNDAY – THE SAUCEBIRDS + SOCIAL DJS

The Super Sunday Session at Shortts features The Saucebirds this week with their brilliant set of britpop and britrock classics, including the best of Oasis, Blur, Arctic Monkeys, Stereophonics, Ocean Colour Scene and Kaiser Chiefs. The Social on the Terrace will see out the weekend with another great mix of disco, funk, house and hip-hop and Monday can take care of itself !
