Despite all of the awful weather that we've been having lately it seems that things have turned a corner and that finally Spring is here. There is no better time of year with the days stretching out ahead of us then to get back into some physical exercise to see us making the most of the weather. Of course there are going to be days when the weather doesn't play ball but that doesn't mean to say that we shouldn't stop going out for a walk or a jog or even taking the dogs out for a bit of fresh air.

Everyone knows how much a little bit of exercise can do you good so even if you make it outside for just a half an hour's brisk walk then you know you are doing yourself some good. Exercise is not only good for your physical health but also your mental health so you really are doing a doubly good thing for yourself. So, don't pay the weather too much mind, get out and about and do yourself some good this Spring.
