    New Vichy 24-Hour Dry Touch

Deodorant Roll-on with ultra-absorbent natural mineral powder, aluminium salts free.

Perspiration is a natural process, necessary for the elimination of toxins. Sweat is composed of water and minerals and is initially odourless but is transformed when in contact with bacterial flora naturally present in the skin and becomes malodorous. The fragile underarm area is particularly delicate and due to depilation, waxing and friction can become sensitive and more vulnerable. Women with sensitive skin therefore look for a gentle product.

Vichy Laboratories launch New 24 Hour Dry Touch Deodorant roll-on, an aluminium salt free deodorant for sensitive skin that is gentle, well tolerated and effective. It is enriched with an ultra-absorbent mineral powder for 24 hour effectiveness and an immediate dry touch with no marks. It is designed to respect highly sensitive and fragile skin.

Comeragh Mountain Lamb at Waterford Castle through the Slow Food Movement Ireland

The Slow Food Movement Ireland recently played host to students from the Slow Food International University of Gastronomic Sciences, Piedmont, Italy in Waterford Castle. Two lambs from Comeragh Mountain Lamb were slow roasted on a spit for several hours under the watchful eye of Castle Head Chef Michael Quinn. Aidan Dunwoody from Comeragh Mountain Lamb gave the students an insight into how the lambs are produced on Willie Drohan's farm at the foot of the Comeraghs. The lambs roam free range over extensive areas of the Comeragh Mountains, eating grasses, herbs, wild flowers, heathers and drinking natural spring water, all free from chemicals and pesticides. Due to this fact, the lambs have significantly more omega 3 fatty acids in their tissues than average lamb. The lamb is prepared locally

  • Gekko Bo Club

    Wednesday, 27th April 2011

The Forum's much loved 80s Club "Gekko" makes a one-off return in the glamorous surrounds of The Forum Lounge on Bank Holiday Sunday, 1st May. As a clubnight, Gekko summed up all that was good about the 80s. It was Waterford's most popular Friday night destination, once a month in the early years of the new millennium. The Gekko "Revival" Party will feature all your favourite music from the 80s, whether you were into electro (Human League, Depeche Mode, New Order, Pet Shop Boys), new wave (The Cure, The Smiths, Talking Heads, Joy Division) or just good old pop (Madonna, Wham, Madness, Duran Duran). Remember with us, the decade where the boys wore more make up than the girls, leg-warmers and bat-winged jumpers were cool, and through Live Aid, music really did make a difference. In charge of music on

It does this by having all of its financial transactions finished here in Ireland. And the company here is …
